Responsible for planning and controlling every stage (from pre-construction, through to completion) of roofing installations or repairs to commercial properties for multiple concurrent construction projects. Complete projects on time and within budget, while ensuring that roofing teams work in safe conditions.

Estimators & Contractors
The good news for our clients is that all of our estimators are In-House. So what does that mean? What does an Estimator do? Our estimator's primary responsibility includes the following:
1. Finding out what the client wants.
2. Researching materials, equipment and labor costs.
3. Gathering quotes from sub contractors and suppliers.
4. Assessing the levels of risk on a project.
5. Analyzing company data, exchange rates and prices using software packages.
6. Preparing and submitting quotations for work.
Helping with bids for new contracts and supporting buying activities. Monitoring the stages of a project to make sure that costs are kept in line with forecasts.
Fully Staffed Roofing Crews
Our professional crews are trained to tear off only what can be decked, felted and shingled in a day. When a crew is done for the evening, your roof will be tied-in at the ridge rows to provide a safe, water-tight transition in case inclement weather occurs during the night.
